SKÁDJA

Skádja is a project that seeks to explore the space between film and visual art. A two-part art project that consists of a short film and a multiscreen video installation for visual art venues.The story is based on a passionate, loving encounter between two women (35). Expressed completely without dialogue, through dance and movement, as well as a creative use of image and sound. The film takes place in Finnmark and deals with Sami culture and music. It has an underlying witch theme, as well as a clear feminist streak.
